There have been very few new, independent watch brands to have the huge success that Furlan Marri have enjoyed over the past few years. This is an example of the brands 1940s-inspired chronograph that takes its styling cues from those wonderful Francois Borgel waterproof and anti-magnetic cases, as used in the iconic Patek Philippe 1463 and features the same ‘Tasti Tondi’ sunray pushers as the Patek.
The 38mm steel case is in outstanding condition, with lovely details such as the decaganol caseback, pushers and domed sapphire glass. The blue dial has both circular brushed and vertical brushed finishes with a asthmometer (5 respirations) scale and 24 hours indications. The watch is fitted with the original Furlan Marri blue leather strap with steel buckle and comes with an additional brown leather strap. The original outer and lovely Patek-style inner box and all paperwork accompanies the watch. The mechaquartz movement has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
